Table Talks partnered with NON World to launch NON5 Lemon Marmalade & Hibiscus through a multi-zone dining activation in Fitzroy Gardens, engaging one of Melbourne’s most recognised historical landscapes.
Rather than a traditional seated dinner, the event was designed as a spatial dining experience, activating the garden field through a sequence of zones that guided guest movement and interaction. Guests moved through the space while engaging with the product, each other, and the surrounding landscape.
The experience concluded with a dessert performance, designed to heighten curiosity and deepen engagement with the NON5 flavour profile. The activation brought together brand storytelling, community, and place, transforming the product launch into a structured and immersive experience.
